Episode 33: ”The Dorm That Dripped Blood (1982)”

For this episode, we go back to school, where a quiet college dorm is invaded by an unknown killer wielding a drill, a zombie apocalypse baseball bat, and a major obsessive disorder. That’s right, monsters, I will be discussing the low-budget collegiate slasher, THE DORM THAT DRIPPED BLOOD. In the Horror Files News Corner, I'll have 4K release news on Andre Żuławski’s classic, POSSESSION, as well as the 2021 BeyondFest line-up, and the upcoming Halloween special from those loveable Muppets.

Episode 32: ”Malignant (2021)”

For this episode, it’s blood, broken limbs, golden daggers, and Professor Quirrell from Harry Potter? That’s right, monsters, in this episode I will be discussing the thoroughly bonkers 2021 James Wan film, MALIGNANT. In the Horror Files News Corner, I'll have news on another upcoming James Wan project, as well as a new film from the gang that brought you TERRIFIER and the upcoming TERRIFIER 2. Also, my apologies for the sound quality guys - just blame it on my absorbed twin Gabriel.

Episode 31: "The Descent (2005)"

For this episode, we are going deep into the caves of rural North Carolina, where a group of friends on a weekend trip discover that it’s not only bats that are hiding in the dark and deep recesses of the earth. That’s right, monsters, in this episode, I will be discussing the 2005 claustrophobic creeper, THE DESCENT. In the Horror Files News Corner, I'll have vinyl news for the "Halloween Kills" soundtrack, as well as "The Addams Family" 4K Ultra release news. Grab your headlamp and pickaxe, because this episode is going dark!

Episode 30: "Horror Files Faves: Giallo"

On this episode, it's all things garish and gory: black-gloved killers, gorgeous women, and gore to spare as I count down my top ten favorite giallo horror films. That's right,  it's a MEGA episode of Horror Files Faves, so grab your garotte and turn on some Goblin, because this episode is going to be bloody amazing!

Episode 29: "The Thing (1982)"

It's our 1-year anniversary, monsters and we are celebrating by reviewing my favorite horror film of all time, John Carpenter's 1982 horror masterpiece, The Thing. In the Horror Files News Corner I'll have all the deets on The Conjuring franchise Blu-ray bundle set, as well as an update on the next Evil Dead movie. So grab your scotch and flamethrower, because this episode is going to be lit like an Antarctic science station on fire!

Episode 28: "Censor"

On this episode, we head back to England where the year is 1985: Margaret Thatcher is Prime Minister, unemployment is skyrocketing, riots plague the streets, and a film censor named Enid encounters a “video nasty” that ends up unlocking the own horrors of her past. That’s right monsters, I will be discussing the 2021 film, CENSOR. In the Horror Files News Corner, I'll have some long-awaited Ultra HD and Blu-ray release news, as well as an exciting July event from the guys at the Spooky Dudes Podcast and The Nerdy Laser Podcast. So sit back and put on your favorite slasher, because its about to get "video nasty."

Episode 27: "You're Next"

A wolf, a tiger, and a lamb walk into a country mansion...and proceed to kill everyone there. No, this is not the opening of the worst joke ever told, because on this episode of the Horror Files, I will be discussing the 2011 home invasion film, YOU’RE NEXT. In the Horror Files News Corner I'll have new streaming releases, as well as who will be directing the upcoming remake of "The Munsters." Grab your machete set some booby traps, because you're next on the chopping block!   

Episode 26: "Student Bodies"

For this episode, we will be tackling the film that first parodied the teen slasher horror genre, so grab your rubber gloves, your horse-head bookend, and don’t forget to breathe real heavy into the phone, because I’ll be discussing the 1981 slasher spoof, "Student Bodies." In the Horror Files News Corner, I'll have updates on both "Terrifier 2" and "Hocus Pocus 2" as well as a big upcoming film and TV auction for you horror fans! 

Episode 25: "Horror Files Faves - Creepy Kids"

Yes, monsters we are back with another Horror Files Faves and it is long overdue! For this episode of all-time favorites, I decided to tackle the horror sub-genre of creepy kids!  Yes, those tikes in horror films that chill and disturb us, even more than adults! From living dead toddlers, kid killers, and murderous religious child zealots, we are going to cover the gamut of pre-adolescent psychopaths. In the Horror Files News Corner, I'll have news on David Cronenberg's next horror film, as well as Academy Award-winner Chloe Zhao's new horror project for Universal. 

Episode 24: "The Shining"

For this episode, it’s listener choice! You guys voted, so grab your axe and your tricycle, because it's all work and no play as I discuss the Stanley Kubrick masterpiece, "The Shining." And in the Horror Files News Corner, I'll have updates on the new "Resident Evil" reboot, as well as some casting news for Jordan Peele's next film for Universal.
